Summary of professional experience

In 2000-2002, Mr Wojciech Piskorz held the position of an analyst in the TP Invest Sp. z o.o. company in the Corporate Governance and Restructuring Office. In 2002-2004, he fulfilled the function of the Chief Financial Officer in PWPW Ochrona Sp. z o.o., where he was responsible for the supervision over financial activities, administration, the corporate office department, and all restructuring processes. From 2004 to 2010, he was associated with the Konsalnet Group by holding the positions of the Managing Director, the Vice-President and President of the Management Board. Since March 2011, he has fulfilled the function of the President of the Management Board of Elektrim SA. Since March 2014, he has also fulfilled the function of the Board Member in Polkomtel Sp. z o.o.

Mr Wojciech Piskorz has many years of experience in working in the bodies of commercial companies. He sits on the supervisory boards of the following companies: Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin SA, PAK-Volt Sp. z o.o., PAK Kopalnia Węgla Brunatnego Konin SA, PAK Kopalnia Węgla Brunatnego Adamów SA, Megadex Expo Sp. z o.o., and Pollytag SA.
