Polish Quality Award
The Polish Quality Award is the most important and prestigious competition which is organised by the National Chamber of Commerce, the Polish Centre for Testing and Certification and the Polish ISO 9000 Forum.
On November 11th, 2003, an award-giving celebration was held at the Royal Castle in Warsaw to close the ninth edition of the Polish Quality Award. ZE PAK S.A. was honoured in the category of manufacturing organisations with more than 250 employees. Thus, ZE „PAK” SA found itself in a group of the organisations most highly valued by experts, referees and members of the Polish Quality Award Committee. ZE „PAK” SA was awarded for the implementation of the Polish Quality Award Management Improvement Model and the Total Quality Management (TQM), as well as for a substantial improvement of satisfaction among customers, employees and people related to the Company. Highly appreciated were recent years’ improvements to work quality, processes, environment protection, work safety and health. This success is attributable, above all, to the Company’s personnel, who continuously raise their skills and qualifications and place a high value upon continual improvement of the organisation’s management system.
